Management Practices of America’s Top Hospitals. Lessons to be learnt in veterinary medicine
Due to popular demand, in addition to our prestigious meeting with lunch at The House of Lords, Bash Halow has kindly agreed to share his experience from the US with us once more; this time looking at the parallels between the USA’s leading hospitals and veterinary medicine.
This is a fascinating lecture on the power of planning and strong leadership. It details a short list of must-have management practices and reviews the positive impact that they have on hospital teams. The lecture includes a stimulating case study to draw out the audience into discussion and will leave you charged and ripe for change. It’s an excellent team building and rousing class.
Why not bring some of your key clients along?

The Veterinary Marketing Association is a not-for-profit organisation. As such, VMA is indebted to Boehringer Ingelheim for supporting this meeting.

Bash is no stranger to both the UK and US veterinary conference circuit, with his engaging rhetoric on management solutions. Most recently in the US, he hosted a lecture on the ‘Future of Veterinary Medicine 2020 and beyond’ at the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association.
