This evening lecture on the power of planning and strong leadership was presented by US veterinary management expert, Bash Halow BA, CVPM, LVT.
Mr Halow shared his experiences, looking at the parallels between the USA’s leading hospitals and veterinary medicine in the UK.
The evening was both pertinent and inspiring with Bash detailing a short list of must-have management practices and reviewing the positive impact that they can have on hospital teams. It also included a stimulating case study which drew audience discussion ensuring delegates left charged and loaded with ideas.
