The one-day insights and brand strategy workshop was designed to help marketers working in animal health get to know their audiences better and create positive change behaviour for their brand.
Hosted by the Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) and leading healthcare communications agency, Pegasus, the course was split into two sessions – an introductory session and advanced session, depending on the level and experience of the delegate.
Topics for both sessions included:

- Animal Health audience and strategy insights
- Types of research
- Change behaviour insights
- Strategic planning
This was a well-attended event and highly rated by the delegates. Indeed all delegates either agreed or strongly agreed that the workshop was relevant to their needs; the training met their expectations; the content was well organised and the activities were relevant and engaging.
