Debbie has over twenty years experience in the veterinary profession. Completing her BSc Honours Degree in Veterinary Nursing Science she began her career as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, in both private and charity practice. Debbie then took on roles including sales, compliance initiatives, learning and development, operations and more recently marketing all within the Veterinary arena. One of Debbie’s core beliefs is to hold our patients front and centre when making decisions within her role, do what’s right for the pet and the rewards will follow. 

Debbie is the 2021 winner of the New Marketing Talent Award from the VMA. She undertook her CIM Level 3 qualification using the bursary prize, achieving a distinction. In 2022 Debbie helped manage the VMA House of Lords Event and is now engaging in other VMA activities. She joins our VMA committee keen to bring ideas to the table, add value to the team and learn together.
