About VMA’s Vision, Mission, and Values

The Veterinary Marketing Association is the representative body for UK professionals working in all areas of the animal health industry and the veterinary profession, who have an interest in the promotion of products, services or health and welfare information. A not for profit membership organisation comprised of marketers from over 50 companies ranging in size from advertising agencies and private veterinary practices to multinational pharmaceutical companies

Our Vision

Create an environment that enables and empowers marketers within the animal health and veterinary industry to develop their marketing capabilities.

A marketer may be anyone working in a full-time marketing role or has responsibility for marketing activities as part of their job.

Our Mission

We aim to achieve this through:

  • Education – improving the standard of marketing through the provision of bespoke animal health marketing training and resources
  • Collaboration – bringing veterinary marketers together, providing networking opportunities
  • Recognition –of marketing excellence and achievement through the VMA annual Awards
